Job summary

The Weston Breast Surgery team at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join as an adult-accredited APRN/PA in a breast surgery setting. The role includes outpatient care, in-clinic evaluations, and OR first assist with a day shift schedule.

Candidates should have APRN or PA credentials, RNFA preferred, and be prepared to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for patients and families in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA with RNFA experience preferred; collaboration with breast surgeons.
• MSN or higher required for APRN role; APRN program accreditation required.
• PA track requires ARC-approved PA program and NCCPA certification.
• English language fluency required for clinical and documentation duties.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic evaluation and management of breast surgery patients.
• First assist in operating room with supervising physician(s).
• Coordinate care with plastic surgery and multidisciplinary teams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage post-operative care.
