The Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital invites applications for a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic neurosurgical team. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, collaborating with neurosurgeons and a multidisciplinary group to manage complex neurological cases.

Qualifications

• MSN/APRN or PA degree and applicable state licensure.
• MSN/APRN required by hire or within 3 years for external hires.
• PA graduates must have completed ARC-approved program and PA licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care under physician supervision.
• Perform histories, exams, orders, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and execute treatment plans with emphasis on quality patient outcomes.
• Perform routine procedures and assist in the operating room as needed.
• Educate patients and families; participate in rounds and care coordination.
• Engage in quality improvement, research, and educational activities as appropriate.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain credentialing and privileging requirements.
