ChristianaCare's Plastic Reconstructive Surgery team is seeking an NP/PA to serve as First Assist in OR, focusing on breast reconstruction and microsurgical flap procedures, with clinic duties on non-operating days.

The role includes on-call responsibilities and evolving independence under a plastic surgeon's guidance, with opportunities for growth within a highly innovative practice. Delaware licensure or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician's Assistant program or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
• Delaware licensure or license eligible as a Physician Assistant as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
• RNFA required for NP candidates and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate as First Assist for breast reconstruction and microsurgical flap procedures.
• Provide clinic duties on non-operating days and support overall patient care.
• On-call responsibilities as part of plastic surgery team.
