Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager in the United States to represent the assigned product to physicians and other stakeholders within the territory.

The role focuses on delivering approved disease state and product information and resources to healthcare professionals. The position requires strong sales skills, deep oncology product knowledge, and the ability to develop strategic business plans while navigating payer and market access considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing in pharmaceutical or medical industry required.
• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year additional therapeutic experience in diverse roles—training, marketing, market access preferred.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represents the assigned products to health care professionals in the sales territory.
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through promotion of product features and benefits to assigned customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Understand healthcare industry trends, laws and regulations, market conditions, and payer landscape.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical pathways and their influence on patient treatment.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers; communicate approved indications and benefits.
