Job summary

The Dallas-based Daiichi Sankyo Oncology team invites an experienced Territory Manager for Breast to lead promotion of our breast cancer portfolio and to build strong physician relationships. You will deliver disease-state and product information, and execute compliant business plans to drive territory growth.

Responsibilities include representing products to healthcare professionals, meeting sales objectives, and traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharma or medical industry.
• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ years in diverse roles – training, marketing, market access preferred.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represents the assigned products to health care professionals in the territory.
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through promotion of product features and benefits.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare industry, laws, market conditions, and payer landscape.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical pathways and their influence on treatment.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and program outcomes.
• Maintain expert understanding of disease state, brand, and competitors.
• Complete all training and maintain records and territory data.
• Communicate with District Manager and peers; discuss issues and opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; promote indications and benefits.
• Meet administrative expectations including budgets, reporting, and calls.
