Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the assigned products to health care professionals in the sales territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives through promotion of product features and benefits.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, laws, and market conditions.
• Demonstrate understanding of current or pending clinical pathways in accounts.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and program outcomes; adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain expert understanding of disease states, brands, and competitors.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Provide high level product expertise and customer service for all accounts.
• Communicate regularly with District Manager and peers about issues and opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; communicate approved indications.
