Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Breast Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the Breast Imaging Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of mammography experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, and must hold the necessary Massachusetts licenses.

This full-time position offers a salary ranging from $39.90 to $57.93 per hour, along with generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 8 years of mammography experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography and Mammography licenses.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations of the Breast Imaging Department.
• Ensure staff perform duties per policies and procedures.
• Manage patient schedules and department staffing.
• Maintain documentation and billing for services.
