Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA seeks a Breast Care Center Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership across Cape Cod Healthcare’s breast care programs. You will drive standardized, evidence-based processes and ensure coordination with breast surgeons and external departments to optimize patient care.

The role emphasizes safety culture, staff development, policy development, and adherence to MQSA/ACR/JCAHO requirements, guiding continuous improvement and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in healthcare management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ARRT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• 5-7 years of experience in Women’s Imaging.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to organize, direct and lead teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and track record.
• Knowledge of ACR, state and MQSA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical leadership and administrative oversight to all staff for all Breast Care Centers within Cape Cod Healthcare.
• Develops standardized processes based on evidence and promotes a culture of safety.
• Ensures processes are in place to seamlessly care for patients with the breast surgeons.
• Coordinates patient care with external departments including PCP, ER, Medical Oncology, and Surgical Department.
• Promotes an environment that facilitates professional growth and competency.
• Develops, standardizes, reviews, and updates protocols and procedures with physician leadership.
• Leads educational program development and goal setting for staff.
• Leads change management and adoption of new behaviors and processes.
• Applies knowledge to determine project strategies related to staff competency, new programs, and research.
• Collaborates with executive leadership on corrective action plans and investigations as needed.
• Identifies learning needs and develops programs for patient education.
• Maintains compliance with NAPBC, ACR, MQSA, Joint Commission and state/federal regulations.
