Job summary

Cape Cod Hospital in Massachusetts–Hyannis seeks a Breast Care Center Manager to provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight across the Breast Care Centers. You will develop standardized processes to promote safety and quality, and coordinate patient care with PCPs, hospital departments and surgeons.

The role requires ARRT certification, 5–7 years in Women’s Imaging, and strong analytical, financial and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or equivalent.
• ARRT certification.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Women’s Imaging.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ACR, state and MQSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight of all Breast Care Centers.
• Develop standardized processes to promote safety and quality.
• Coordinate patient care with PCP, hospital, and surgical teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with JC, ACR, MQSA and related standards.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and manage staff; implement educational programs.
