Job summary

Codman Square Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Manager to oversee the Radiology Department’s clinical, operational, regulatory, and staffing functions.

The role includes direct supervision of Radiology Technologists and support staff while maintaining high-quality patient care and compliance. The Manager will perform mammography and X-ray exams, coordinate with Population Health and Boston Medical Center, and ensure imaging safety, quality, and timely results.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(M) certification required.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Certification in diagnostic radiologic technology and mammography required.
• Minimum of 4 years radiologic technology experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and operational oversight for radiology staff.
• Perform mammography exams and X-rays according to department policies.
• Support daily clinic operations and provide patient care coverage as needed.
• Ensure imaging quality and radiation safety standards are upheld.
• Coordinate patient registration and scheduling workflows with Admitting and Radiology departments.
• Enter mammography orders into BMC Epic and support patient registration workflows.
• Collaborate with Radiology and Population Health teams on imaging quality and outreach.
