MedQuest Imaging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Breast Center Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated Breast Imaging Center with a balanced 50% clinical mammography role and 50% leadership responsibilities. This full-time position focuses on exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and staff development within a growing imaging network.

Ideal candidates have ARRT mammography certification, strong leadership experience, and a commitment to quality.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT registered.
• Certified in Mammography in addition to X-ray.
• 8 years of experience in the area of specialization.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Registry in Breast Ultrasound (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a Breast Imaging Center with ~50% clinical duties.
• Optimize daily schedules to maximize staff productivity and resource use.
• Supervise daily Breast Imaging operations and conduct staff meetings.
• Manage workflow, including HR, equipment and supplies utilization.
• Control clinical expenses and center net income.
• Perform mammography procedures.
