Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Breast Health Program Coordinator to manage patient flow within the breast care continuum, schedule imaging and biopsies, verify orders, and support documentation across the center.

The role supports communication between nurse navigators, provider offices, and imaging staff, ensuring grid accuracy and timely follow-up. Strong PC skills and healthcare environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• TB testing and OSHA training required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of additional breast imaging tests, biopsies, and referrals through dashboards or systems.
• Coordinate patient flow by pre-registering and scheduling appointments; verify orders and protocols.
• Collect data and generate reports on demographics, volumes, and referral trends.
• Perform order entry and PACS image management tasks.
