• Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate workflow; communicate with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of reception and scheduling staff to ensure accurate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in.
• Coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, obtain patient information and imaging records, and support efficient patient flow while maintaining privacy and service.
