MedQuest Imaging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Breast Imaging Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated Breast Imaging Center while performing breast imaging duties about half the time. This full-time Operations role blends clinical care with strategic leadership to drive patient experience, quality, and growth within our imaging network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnostic mammography procedures and standards.
• Skilled in operation of equipment across multiple imaging modalities.
• 8 years of experience in mammography field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience (preferred).
• Registry in Breast Ultrasound (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for a Breast Imaging Center with 50% clinical work.
• Oversee daily operations and scheduling optimization.
• Supervise staff and lead center meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MQSA, ACR, HIPAA, OSHA.
• Support physician relations and business development.
