Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to supervise breakfast operations, ensure quality and profitability, and lead the team with coaching and training.

You will focus on delivering great guest experiences during breakfast and maintaining standards across the shift. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable and cheerful with a positive attitude.
• Values teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality during breakfast service.
• Coach and discipline crew as warranted; support scheduling.
• Conduct crew meetings and ensure safety and procedures.
• Manage inventory and control food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
