Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Values teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and biscuit station are clean and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings on procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory to meet food cost variance standards.
• Keep reports and records compliant with regulations.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Assist in hiring qualified staff and scheduling.
