Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Manager for our Hardee’s location to supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability. You will coach crew, manage scheduling, and maintain inventory and cash procedures to meet company standards.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while supporting training and development of staff and ensuring compliance with safety and HR policies.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent with at least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Mansioni

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained; handle setup and storage.
• Coach, counsel and discipline crew as warranted.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to meet guest flow.
• Conduct crew meetings and discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and manage food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain reports, records, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and develop crew under the direction of management.
