Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is seeking an experienced Breakfast Manager to supervise the restaurant during the breakfast shift, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will lead, coach, and develop crew members, while maintaining equipment and inventory and managing cash procedures. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Cheerful and positive attitude; values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Maintain quality, service and cleanliness to drive breakfast sales growth.
• Coach, counsel and discipline team members as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties and schedule staff to meet guest flow.
• Conduct team meetings on procedures, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and manage cash procedures per company standards.
