Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Willingness to lead and train crew.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained and all items are stored properly.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with scheduling and controlling labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
