Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability.

You will coach and develop crew, assist with hiring, and ensure safety and compliance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to meet company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
• Control inventory and manage food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Lead crew meetings and train/coach team members.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Schedule staffing to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
