Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to manage the hotel's breakfast service and uphold guest satisfaction and product quality standards. You will act as the first impression for guests, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and efficient breakfast area with attentive service and strong safety practices.

This role may require flexible scheduling and varied hours based on occupancy and season.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after.
• Keep the breakfast area well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables after guests finish.
• Receive beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after meals.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure a great guest experience.
