Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver food and beverages in our dining areas. You will focus on guest experience by adhering to brand standards and hospitality principles that reflect our family-style service philosophy.

You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and use the POS system while ensuring safety and accuracy. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong guest-first mindset in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifikationen

• Team oriented with an innate sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Prior customer service or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance; 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be available to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and present menus professionally.
• Know menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation; communicate clearly.
• Take food and beverage orders and use POS system; accommodate special requests.
• Serve guests according to brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with table maintenance, reset, and cleaning duties as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
