Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming breakfast experience. Responsibilities include preparing the breakfast area, stocking items, greeting guests, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout service.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or food service, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is a plus; benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions including food handling guidelines.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area and buffet line on time, fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly and assist as needed in the breakfast/lobby area.
• Monitor buffet, replenish items, maintain temperatures and freshness.
• Maintain knowledge of storage, temperature requirements, and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize buffet area and food prep areas as required.
• Ensure all food and beverage inventory is labeled, rotated, and stored properly.
• Report lost and found items per hotel procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
