Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group, owner of the Marriott Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge, is seeking a Breakfast Server in New York City. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and support service during breakfast with warmth and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year in a guest-facing restaurant, English fluency, and the ability to stand for long periods. We offer competitive hourly pay, tips, health insurance, and growth opportunities within USHG.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with knowledge of ingredients and preparations
• Follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, maintaining urgency during service
• Anticipate guest needs, communicate with colleagues and kitchen during service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas before, during and after service
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow; perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives
