Marriott Marquis Restaurants in New York's Times Square is seeking a Breakfast Server Assistant to join the Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge team. You will help set up the dining room, clear tables, pour water, run food, and support service staff during breakfast.

The role emphasizes hospitality, cleanliness, and knowledge of menu items, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work the morning shift during breakfast service
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required

Who you are:

A vital member of the Service team, the Breakfast Server Assistant role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant.
