Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is seeking a Breakfast Server Assistant at Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge in New York. This role supports the dining room setup, table maintenance, water service, and food running, working closely with servers and expediters to deliver a seamless morning service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a guest-facing restaurant, the ability to stand for long periods, and availability for breakfast shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work the morning shift during breakfast service.
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Who you are:

A vital member of the Service team, the Breakfast Server Assistant role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant.
