Position Summary

The Breakfast Server will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service toall restaurant guests by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, andmaintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.

TheBreakfast Server will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professionalmanner at all times and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable diningexperience.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the proper setting oftables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties, andcomply with all restaurant policies and procedures.

Job Duties

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute (i.e. kitchen staff, etc.).
• Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items, including itemsavailable at the bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
• Clean designated areas, in accordance with company procedures, including opening and closing routines and following hygiene requirements.
• Clean and refill condiment sets for each table.
• Set tables to company policy, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamagedand in a good state of repair.
• Ensure storerooms are adequately stocked.
• Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that guestshave finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed yet allowing guests to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
• Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take paymentfrom the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
• At all times to be aware of and practice good customer service, assisting the guestin any way which does not adversely affect other customers.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. SHIFTS ARE FROM 5AM-10:30AM M-F & 6:30AM-11:30AM SAT & SUN

POSITION IS PART TIME.
