Job summary

Sheraton Augusta Hotel is hiring servers for immediate openings. You will take orders, ensure accuracy, and promptly deliver meals and drinks to guests. The role requires strong customer service, legible handwriting, and occasionally using a restaurant POS system.

We value teamwork with management to resolve guest concerns and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere. You may help with table setup and accommodate larger parties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand on your feet all day.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Legible handwriting.
• Experience with a restaurant POS platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly to each table.

• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work on your feet all day
