Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia is seeking friendly servers to welcome guests and deliver prompt, accurate service in our dining room.

Responsabilités

In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, their orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
• Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations
