Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Support management in achieving sales, quality, service and cleanliness goals.
• Coach, counsel and discipline crew as warranted; assist with tasks as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings on operation procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff and training new teammates.
