Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Breakfast Manager for the McGee's Crossroads Hardee’s restaurant to oversee the breakfast shift, ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and lead the team to achieve daily goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching of crew, adherence to company standards, and collaboration with management to maintain smooth operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver's License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to meet company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and cleanliness; ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly after the shift.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted; assist crew with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain adequate product supply and support inventory control for breakfast items.
• Manage labor costs and assist with scheduling to meet company standards and profitability.
