Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager to supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality and cleanliness, and drive profitability. You will coach crew, schedule staff, and maintain standards across food safety and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and the ability to manage equipment and inventory while upholding company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained; equipment and utensils cleaned and stored properly.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc.
• Maintain adequate product supplies for operations.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standard and assist with breakfast counts.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for all cash and adherence to cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling sufficient staff for guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring per standards and regulations.
• Assist with lunch shift if needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
