Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Manage breakfast equipment and keep area clean and organized.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew meetings and ensure adequate product inventory and cash handling compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management to meet standards.
