You will work alongside crew and management to maintain inventory, train staff, and schedule coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and a positive attitude are essential to motivate team members, deliver excellent guest experiences, and uphold company policies and standards at all times.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and safety compliance.
• Coach and discipline crew as warranted.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and control labor cost.
• Assist with hiring and training of staff.
• Ensure cash procedures and inventory controls are followed.
• Prepare reports and maintain records per policy.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, and safety policies.
