Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks a versatile kitchen teammate to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering. This role performs all kitchen positions as needed in a fast-paced school dining environment.

Responsibilities include daily serving-line setup, menu-based food prep, safe operation of slicers, mixers, ovens, and thermometers, FIFO inventory, and adherence to HACCP and safety policies. Cash handling may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Basic math for measuring, portioning, and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes.
• Set up serving lines and maintain proper serving temperatures.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and keep areas clean.
