Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile kitchen helper to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and support catering events.

You will rotate through stations, follow recipes, and maintain clean, orderly work areas to ensure quality presentation and hospitality. This role requires ability to read and follow simple instructions, basic math for portions, and adherence to HACCP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence
• Basic math for portions and measurements

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily serving line setup and maintain food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan next day's menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; follow FIFO.
• Provide quality presentation and hospitality to customers.
