Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portioning, seasoning, and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and food safety practices.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members during service.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities. Maintain consistency and quality.
• Follow all sanitation and kitchen safety standards.
• Support the culinary team with additional kitchen responsibilities as needed.
