Snooze is hiring a Line Cook to prepare breakfast items with top quality and care. You’ll ensure dishes meet high standards of safety and consistency, and you’ll work closely with a fast-paced kitchen team to deliver breakfast creations that delight guests.

The role requires 1 year of restaurant experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear communication with staff. Snooze offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience or more required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 6 months in high-volume settings preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with management and team.
• Must be 17 years or older and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, safety, and timeliness of dishes.
• Know all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and basic sanitation information.
• Prepare a variety of items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and bags.
• Cook with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers to spec.
• Keep a clean, sanitary workstation and comply with Health Department standards.
