Job summary

Dexterra is seeking a Line Cook - Breakfast for a remote accommodations facility to lead breakfast production, ensure quality and food safety, and support daily meal service for thousands of guests. The role requires hands-on leadership, consistency in taste and presentation, and strict adherence to HACCP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional line cook experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience preparing and catering for guest volumes of 1500 to 4000.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required.
• Valid Food Handler Card through an ANSI-accredited Provider.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items, including hot and cold offerings.
• Adhere to recipes to maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and quality.
• Set up and maintain breakfast stations and buffet lines.
• Ensure food quality meets client requirements and dietary needs.
