Job summary

T’s Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook in Narragansett, RI, to support daily back-of-house operations for breakfast and lunch service. You will prepare and plate items, maintain a clean workstation, and work with the kitchen team to meet recipes, timing, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Kitchen preparation or cooking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management.
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat, clean appearance.
• Passion for food, cooking, and culinary growth preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check, when applicable, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, brunch, and lunch items, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast, proteins, vegetables, sandwiches, soups, and other hot and cold food products.
• Follow T’s recipes, portion standards, cooking methods, timing goals, and quality plating expectations.
• Rotate, stock, and maintain sufficient product levels at assigned stations to support smooth service.
• Support teammates during service to help ensure efficient kitchen operations and consistent food quality.
• Attend scheduled team meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
