With at least 1 year of kitchen experience or culinary training, you should be capable of standing long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking or culinary training.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to high quality standards.
• Follow menu, portion sizes, and kitchen procedures.
• Stock and rotate food at line stations; maintain clean, sanitary work area.
• Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed.
• Support manager or supervisor and adhere to kitchen rules.
