Job summary

The Carroll Hospitality team at Hyatt Place in downtown Greensboro is seeking a breakfast attendant to help set a welcoming tone for guests. You will maintain the breakfast area, ensure cleanliness and stock replenishment to deliver a high-quality morning experience.

This role requires an ability to start early shifts, a customer-focused mindset, and teamwork to support exceptional service for hotel guests at a premium property. Join us to contribute to a warm, home-like guest experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Customer-focused with strong hospitality mindset.
Able to work early mornings and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Clear tables during the breakfast period and keep the surrounding areas clean.
Adhere to and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance to policies.
Ensure tables, chairs, dishes, and utensils maintain good condition and report any defects for repair or replacement.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide suggestions to Department Manager and/or General Manager as it relates to providing a great experience for hotel guests.
Other duties, as assigned by Management.
