Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Breakfast Cook for a full-time shift from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The cook prepares meals per approved menus, considers residents' dietary needs, and helps supervise kitchen staff when the Dining Services Director is unavailable.

The role requires Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It includes flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Serv-Safe certification required or to be completed within 60 days of hire.
• Able to read, write and perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and ensure safety procedures.
• Monitor temperatures and document readings; report issues to supervisor.
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of Dining Services Director.
• Assist in training new dietary employees and participate in in-services.
