Job summary

The Carroll Hospitality team at Hyatt Place in downtown Greensboro is seeking a breakfast attendant to help set a welcoming tone for guests. You will maintain the breakfast area, ensure cleanliness and stock replenishment to deliver a high-quality morning experience.

This role requires an ability to start early shifts, a customer-focused mindset, and teamwork to support exceptional service for hotel guests at a premium property. Join us to contribute to a warm, home-like guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused with strong hospitality mindset.
• Able to work early mornings and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables during the breakfast period and keep the surrounding areas clean.
• Adhere to and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance to policies.
• Ensure tables, chairs, dishes, and utensils maintain good condition and report any defects for repair or replacement.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide suggestions to Department Manager and/or General Manager as it relates to providing a great experience for hotel guests.
• Other duties, as assigned by Management.

Job Summary

• Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service, and providing quick solutions for guest needs.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently with an emphasis on commitment to working together to ensure a positive guest experience, which requires attention to helping another teammate in a different department at times.
• Must have early morning availability.
