Raines Co. is hiring for a full-time Cook with morning shifts in Greenville. The role covers set-up, cooking, quality control, and health standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. Prior breakfast experience is paid more, with strong growth potential and a five-day work week.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields is preferred.
• Must have good culinary knowledge.
• Prior line cook, breakfast cook, banquet cook or similar experience preferred.
• Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up, stocks and organizes work station and production levels.
• Prepares food items according to menu standards and labels containers.
• Makes and follows recipes for broiled, baked, grilled, steamed, sautéed and fried items.
• Plates food with garnishments and appropriate portions.
• Checks stock levels and reports shortages using FIFO.
• Maintains cleanliness and performs side duties like inventory.
• Works day shifts and holidays as needed; rotates days off.
