Responsibilities

• Ensure tables, chairs, dishes, and utensils are in good condition and report defects.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide suggestions to improve guest experience to the Department/General Manager.
