Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a professional setting.

• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Follow cooking techniques for grilling, frying, roasting, baking, sautéeing.
• Monitor temperatures and quantities to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and specials.
• Experiment with ingredients to create innovative dishes.
• Stay informed about culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
