Olympia Hospitality is looking for an experienced breakfast cook to join our food service team. You will prepare breakfast items, follow recipes, and ensure high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, a high school diploma, and certifications such as Serve-Safe. We value teamwork, reliability, and a passion for crafting great breakfasts that keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen or culinary experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Culinary Arts education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items per established recipes and safety standards.
• Use grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing techniques to achieve desired flavors.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and portions to minimize waste and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and management on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Stay informed on culinary trends and seasonal ingredients for menu planning.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and proper storage, compliant with health regulations.
