Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail under pressure.
• Maintain composure and teamwork to meet service deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Follow proper cooking techniques including grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and quantities to prevent waste and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with culinary team and management to refine menus and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and proper storage areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service.
• Support colleagues with dishwashing, plating, and garnishing.
