Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary Arts education preferred; Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Experience with receiving orders and inventory control helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook breakfast items per recipes, portions, and safety standards.
• Follow cooking techniques to achieve desired flavors, textures, and appearances.
• Monitor temperatures and times to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
• Communicate with staff to coordinate cooking times and service.
